You could always try a non-permanent dye first(like the color pulse dyes from Loreal) to test it

Personally, I love your hair color right now. Even though I cant see your whole face in the pic, you look like you’d be very pretty.
I say to stick with your natural, or maybe go a little bit lighter.

I believe you could BUT the eyes do have a lot to do with the color and we cant tell with the block on your eyes

i understand you wanted to protect your identity, but when someone asks me a question like this, I like to see a person’s entire face before I make a decision like that.
But from what I can tell you appear to be a very pretty girl who can probably pull off any hair color. Nicole Kidman pulled off your hair color in several movies.
