My FIsh is/are dying? Help me :(?

My small Fish, some sort of ram looks like hes dying, after about a month and a half, maybe 2 months of being in my tank.
He started off being a silver/white color with a black stripe across his eye. over the last week or two his fins have got red on certain parts, 2 days ago he started going a browny sort of colour, certainly much darker than he was. then today i woke up to see he has sat at the bottom of the tank looking extemely unhealthy. Also, my 3 rumynose have all died? none of my other fish are effected, well they dont look it.
My ammonia is 0 and my nitrite is at .25, maybe even just below, certainly not much over if any. (0.5 MAX)
Can you help me? my poor ram 
i dont want anymore fish to die
