How do you get Natural Red Highlights?

I am not sure if you can. But if you can naturally could you tell me?
Well I have brown hair (light) and I got blond highlights a few months ago. My father has like red/ brown hair. My mother has brown hair. So in the summer usually my hair looks blond but if I go underwater with the sun shining through the water it looks like auburn. So is there anyway for natural highlights? (auburn) Thanks!

he plays around with me a lot and everything. hes verryy nice, and not a jerk at all. today i was listening to my ipod and he took an earphone and started listening with me. he chose 3 songs (in order): break the ice (britney spears), run the show (kat deluna), and what hurts the most (cascada). i was falling off of my chair, so i decided to move around a bit and sit correctly. i moved my books and i couldnt grab my bag. i was about to and he took it and told me to sit down. i sat down, and he gave me my books back. our knees and arms touched throughout the whole bus ride, and when he talked to me he sounded nervous (stuttering, red face) and he almost slipped and fell because of being so nervous. his pupils also dilated. might he like me?

HTML, Building tables. help?

First of all this my be in the wrong part of the forumn. If so, forgive me.
First Question: How do you set table rules

Second question: Someone please follow these instructions and give me the code for this table. When making the code where instructions say insert example.jpg just put like >>>JPG<<< in the code where it should be.

1. In the body section, create a table with a cell spacing value of 3 and a cell padding value of 5.
2. Creat a cell in the first row of the table that spans two columns, and identify this cell with the comment "Cougar headline". Within this cell, insert a centered h1 heading that contains the text "Cougar Sightings Increase". Display the headline in a sans-serif font.
3. In the second row of the table, insert a cell that is 60% wide and spans two rows. Vertically align the text of this cell with the cell's top border. Indentify this cell with the comment "Cougar Story". Insert the page contents of sighting.htm file.
4. Also in the tables second row, insert a cell that is 40% wide, has a red background, and align the cell text with the cell's top border. Insert the comment "Cougar Tips" for this cell. Insert the contents of the tips.htm file into this cell.

Please someone help me fast, I need this ASAP.

Good Fantasy RPG for nintendo DS?

I’m looking at DS games right now, and I’m trying to find some that are like Fantasy RPG based (Sort of like Final Fantasy III). I was really into the whole Red Mage thing from that, but I’m REALLY into the whole Character creation, or anything that allows you to edit the appearance of your character. BUT it must involve sword fighting or magic or something lol

Need help with dog food?

Seriously feel soooo dumb as I cannot remember this. I bought our dog new food that did NOT contain red dye. It was in a brown bag and I could swear it said naturals, or something to the effect. I threw the bag away, but I did remember what it looks like {no help, I know}. I bought it out of town and 2 of the 4 stores near me don’t carry it. If anybody can try and help, Max would greatly appreciate it as he gets MAJOR skin conditions to to almost all dog foods. It was a 16# bag and costs $15 if that helps. Thanks soooooooo much !!!

What is the hardest to remove stain from clothes of all time? Blood? wax? mustard? red wine?
